Respect for Neighbours and Community • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these times, refrain from loud conversations, music, or any disruptive activities. • Noise Levels: Avoid excessive noise at all times. This includes loud music, shouting, or any disturbances that may disrupt the peace of the neighbourhood. • Parties and Events: Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings can lead to immediate termination of your stay. • Neighbour Interactions: Please do not approach neighbours for assistance related to your stay. For any queries or issues, contact us directly. 2. Property Usage and Care • Occupancy Limits: Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. • Check-In/Out Times: Adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance. • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees. • Damage and Cleanliness: Treat the property with care. Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. 3. Safety and Legal Compliance • Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, including drug use or distribution, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities. • Fire Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use. • Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not included in the reservation. 4. Parking and Waste Management • Parking: Use only designated parking spaces. Do not block neighbours’ driveways or park on lawns. • Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Follow local recycling guidelines and ensure bins are not overflowing. 5. Communication and Assistance • Host Contact: For any issues or emergencies, contact us immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your stay is comfortable. • Emergency Services: In case of emergencies, dial the local emergency number.
